Meets every Tuesday except the 2nd week of the month when it conflicts with the General Meeting.

Everyone contributes £6 per week which includes the hire of the hall and to reimburse the instructor’s expenses.
We welcome members of both sexes with a wide range of abilities and fitness.
The main components of yoga are postures, a series of exercises that focus on strength, flexibility and breathing.
Most studies suggest that yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance and it can boost your physical and mental well-being.
